Since I’ve been raving about journaling in our Personal Best® publications, I just had to see how well our Walk-a-Day Journal would work to motivate me with my own fitness goals. After three months of use, and 15 pounds down, I credit my journal for keeping me on track with my walking and weight loss targets. I make sure the journal faces me everyday at my desk, so I can’t ignore its message – get moving!

We have been using the "TopHealth®" newsletters for the past couple of years and distribute them regularly to our employees the first of each month with their payroll stubs. Everyone seems to enjoy them. I really like your new "Top Health Manager" and the online "Well Connections" and will be sharing with employees the suggestions and info provided. I believe they will especially find the "Well Connections" beneficial with the self-assessment section and tools available to help them with their own personal needs.
