Personal Information:
Personal Best collects basic contact information when you register with the site or fill in a contact form. This information will be used for administrative and identification purposes only, and will not be shared with our partners or third parties. Personal information is stored on Personal Best computers and is accessed only by authorized Personal Best personnel.

Opt-In E-Mail:
This site allows users to Opt-In to our e-bulletins. When opting in, a subscriber can expect to receive e-mails from Personal Best on a variety of topics regarding employee health and wellness safety, productivity, shift work and personal money management, as well as related products.  E-mail addresses are used by Personal Best for the purpose of informing our customers of news, product releases, site changes and other related topics. Opting in to one of our e-bulletins automatically adds your email address to additional e-bulletin lists.

Choice/Opt-Out:
This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database in order to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

• You can opt-out by clicking on the hyperlink at the bottom of the e-mail you receive. Opting out of one e-bulletin does not remove you from all lists. Each e-bulletin requires and independent opt-out.

General Information:
Personal Best also collects general demographic information about visitors to our site. The information we collect creates a broad picture of our population rather than focusing on any one individual. This information is used to continually refine our content and to identify the most popular areas of our site.

Encrypted Credit Card Purchases:
If you use a credit card to purchase a product from Personal Best, the credit card number is encrypted as it passes over the Internet. Your credit card number is not kept or recorded by Personal Best or our computers — it is simply passed through to the credit card company to purchase the product. In this respect, buying a product from Personal Best is similar to a credit card purchase at any store. Neither Personal Best nor the store keeps your credit card number on file.
