Corporate Wellness

Corporate wellness aims to improve the health and welfare of individuals within a corporation through wellness programs. Corporate wellness programs may include health risk assessments, health fairs, diet and physical activity programs, wellness education, promotion and communication programs, smoking cessation programs, walking clubs, employee seminars, and health coaching. Corporate wellness programs boost productivity, increase employee health, reduce on-the-job stress, and cut healthcare costs. Additionally, corporate wellness programs improve morale, increase job satisfaction, and lower employee turnover, while reducing disability and absenteeism.
